Display last update and author in footer

Would be nice to have an idea of when the page was last edited (and by who) in the footer (or somewhere else).

You can see that by clicking on the "History" link in the footer. This is on purpose, so that the most common operation (view page) doesn't need to open the repository and check page's history. – Radomir Dopieralski
