Weird months on history page

When I go to the history page of Uploading a new file I see weird months:

"History of changes for Uploading a new file.

• 2009-00-13 11:41 GMT-1 . . . . asjo modified
• 2009-00-13 08:45 GMT-1 . . . . Radomir Dopieralski fixed
• 2009-00-12 23:43 GMT-1 . . . . asjo created"

Month 00?!

The tooltip on the dates say 2008-12-12, which makes more sense.

This seems to be an error in the js script that I use to convert the dates to localtime. It's not shipped with Hatta by defaut, but I still need to find the bug, thanks.
